| Preference | Priority will be given to female candidates with disabilities, siblings of handicapped individuals, and parents of disabled children who meet the necessary qualifications. |

| Preference | (a) Candidates having working experience in any government agency or non-governmental organisation focused on disability, SSA, or DPEP. (b) Priority shall be given to female candidates who have disabilities, are the sister of someone with a disability, or have a disabled child and meet the requirement. |
